Amanda & George felt more like friends than clients after capturing their big day. I was blessed enough to also photograph their engagement photos in uptown Charlotte and connect with them there, so the familiarity we had already built was a huge plus for capturing those real moments. Everything from their color scheme to the venue to the friends and family they had surrounding them was absolutely magical.

Can we just talk about how stunning this Watters dress is? Watters is one of my favorite bridal gown designers so seeing this hanging up upon my arrival made me swoon.

Every girl love a little sparkle, am I right? Amanda really thought about all of the little details of her day. When planning your wedding, it’s the little things that make the big picture extraordinary. Be yourself and collect knick knacks & accessories that reflect you and your fiancé! I love seeing personalities stand out on a wedding day.

UGH this ceremony location was EVERYTHING. I am a sucker for natural backdrops (clearly), and this simple wooded backdrop with beautiful draping made the look of the ceremony complete.

These two and their guests partied the night away like nobody’s business. Their day had everything from loving, happy tears to your celebratory conga line – I’d say it was a pretty fantastic night.
