These two love birds got married at Shorebreak Church in Kailua Kona, Hawaii. It was the most perfect setting for an intimate wedding with all of their friends and family that flew in for their wedding. Nicole’s family even flew in from Australia!
Nicole and her bridesmaids got ready at a friends house just a few minutes down the road from the wedding location. It was so laid back and they so enjoyed each other before the wedding day schedule began. Super sweet.
I loved that the bridal party was intentionally small and meaningful. I so respect Josiah + Nicole for that. They are so obviously loved after seeing and meeting all of the family and friends that flew from all over to be there for their wedding day! THAT is true friendship, folks! Let’s take notes.
Josiah + Nicole couldn’t get enough of each other and it was darn cute! They were so easy to work with and honestly…it’s because they did most of the work. They love each other and naturally posed themselves into such sweet moments together. I’d do it alllllll again.
Their ceremony was sitting on a beach with a front row view to the ocean AND all of their favorite people were there to celebrate with them. Can it get any better?!
Food was delicious (so were the cupcakes, just sayin’) and the catering was done by a friend who just so happens to be a pro. I’m trying to collect friends with epic skills like that! Please and thank you! Both Josiah and Nicole’s families enjoyed their meal together at two long dinner tables. I love when couples choose to seat their guests like this because it leaves so much room for connection. Also, it just feels like a beautiful picture of what is happening – families are joining together.
I mean it when I say that I would photograph their wedding ALL over again. We got a dream sunset, ate delicious food, danced, and got some really beautiful portraits of the newly weds and alllll of their lovin’. It was contagious, that’s all I’m saying!
Thanks for letting the Remnant Collective team tell your story, Josiah + Nicole! It was an honor.
With love,
